Each apartment is cleaned and checked before you arrive, and we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for guests staying a longer stretch of time.

We come back to you with the apartments that suit your dates, the total cost and the length of stay we can offer.

Once you are happy, we take your details and any documents needed for the tenancy, then confirm your reservation in writing.

We arrange your arrival, hand over the keys and make sure everything in the apartment is ready for your first night.

The work Matte Estate Rental does not take on

We do not let apartments for a single night, because our shortest stays run for several nights at a time.
We do not manage properties on behalf of other landlords, and we only let the apartments we hold ourselves.
We do not accept bookings for parties, events or large gatherings in any of our apartments.
We do not offer furnished lets with no fixed end date, as every stay we take on has agreed arrival and departure dates.
